Albertina Kerr Centers, the leading
provider of services to Oregonians with developmental disabilities and to
children and families faced with mental health challenges, seeks a Program
Manager I.  The Program Manager I is responsible for overall operation of a
neighborhood group home for adults with developmental disabilities. 
Responsibilities include supervising staff and ensuring adequate staffing is in
place for all shifts; ensuring program follows all policies, procedures, and
Administrative Rules; developing and implementing individual support plans; and
coordinating services for people served. Requires two years' education and/or
experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or related
field; familiarity with medication usage and side effects; strong leadership and
supervisory skills; ability to make decisions in response to incidents as they
arise; experience working with people with disabilities; ability to relate
effectively with people served; ability to meet agency driving requirements.
