As a customer service representative at Covance you will have the unique opportunity to learn about the business side of the health care industry as well as be a team member to our Market Access Service's which has been helping pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies for over two decades achieve the highest potential for their product. 

As a customer service representative you will have the ability to provide support in the following areas: 

  • Troubleshoot requests from healthcare providers and patients.
  • Research coverage benefits for patients.
  • Screen potential applicants for free drug programs or provide alternative sources of coverage.
  • Triaging inbound callers with clinical or product related questions.
  • Manage enrollment cases by following up with social workers, case managers, and patients regarding their needs for continued assistance. 

As a customer service representative we are seeking qualities from applicants which include the following but are not required: 

  • Candidates with an undergraduate Degree in a health related field.
  • Previous experience with insurance claims processing, social work, nursing, public health, and any call center experience are highly encouraged to apply. 
  • Strong verbal/written communication, work ethic, excellent in customer service and teamwork, and enthusiasm for working with healthcare providers and patients are desired.
