Responsibilities include: Staff training, mentoring, and observation and feedback, ensure state licensing requirements are met, participate in program planning, ensure the health and safety of clients, and participate in staff orientations.

 

Hours: Works every other weekend up to 10.5 hrs. between 8am and 12 midnight on sat. and sun. Works primarily 2nd shift hours during the week betwen 2:30pm and 12 midnight mon.-fri.

 

Qualifications: Must have a valid driver's license and a bachelor's degree is preferred; 60 college credits minimum.

 

Compensation/Benefits: We have a comprehensive benefits package and the opportunity to earn money through incentives. Base salary $35,360 and $200.00 per pay incentive for a possible annual amount of $40,560.

                                       Resident Manager/Assistant Resident Manager

Potential Annual Salary $31,200. Bachelor's Degree or Associate's Degree beneficial but not necessary. Social Work, Human Services, CNA or MA experience is advantageous for promotional consideration. Responsibilities include: lifting and transferring individuals, teaching daily living skills, developing schedules, providing staff feedback and assuring licensing standards are met.

Hours: Need to work full time 2nd Shift (37.5 hours per week) up to 10 hours between the hours of 12 noon and midnight Mon-Fri and between 8am and midnight on weekends.

Qualifications: Must be 18 years of age or older, have a HS diploma or GED, valid driver's license and 6 months experience working in a human services field.

Compensation: Resident Manager pays $15.00 per hour with the opportunity to earn $160 every two weeks plus incentives. Assistant Resident Manager pays $14.00 per hour with the opportunity to earn $160 every 2 weeks through incentives. We also have entry level positions available starting at $12 per hour for 3rd Shift and $13 per hour for 2nd Shift with the opportunity for an additional $80 per pay (every 2 weeks) through incentives.
