The Progrmmer/Analyst is an individual contributor responsible for modifying moderately complex applications programs from detailed specifications. Codes, tests, debugs, documents and maintains programs.

MUST HAVE:
C# .Net / ASP/ VB, Sql Server 2000+,

* Design, code, test, document and debug moderately complex applications.

* Utilize database query tools for application support
* Participate in meetings with users to determine requirements and scope
* Assist in the creation of functional design deliverables
* Complete and review detailed and technical design deliverables
* Identify and correct application software problems
* Monitor and resolve system performance issues
* Communicate and interact effectively with non-technical users
* Assist end users in resolving and identifying system issues by providing application knowledge and technical expertise
* Assist users through creation and execution of test plan
* Participate in generation of user documentation
* Big PLUS: any of the following:
Linux, Java, Oracle, Visual Studio 2008

* Bachelor's degree in IS or equivalent experience.
* 0-2 years systems programming experience
* Proficiency with various languages, databases, operating systems, scripting languages, and utilities

* Ability to understand how the software being used relates to the hardware and operating system being used.
* Good communication skills. Ability to communicate with end users as well as other technical personnel.
* Knowledge of and experience with file transfer environments, applications, and tools.
* Good problem determination and resolution skills regarding all technical aspects of the various systems
* Attention to detail to ensure high quality deliverables
* Ability to work in a very fast-paced, multi-task environment
* Ability and willingness to learn new technologies
* Retail Industry knowledge a plus
