Position Overview

















 

As a member of our Oracle Programmer Analyst team you will be relied upon to develop and maintain Oracle application software with a focus on Procurement and workflow.  In addition, this role will provide software support to the application user community.


 



Key Responsibilities



  • Develop,
    maintain and support software for the Oracle application user community with
    the primary area of focus being Procurement and workflow.
  • Use
    the System Development Life Cycle to ensure software follows the established
    guidelines.
  • Participate
    in all aspects of the application life cycle; analysis, design, coding, testing
    and implementation.
  • Follow
    policies and procedures for implementing software changes.
  • Troubleshoot
    Oracle application issues and follow the establish support policies.
  • Work
    on the software development of small to medium size projects.
  • Assess
    the needs of the business and convert them into technical requirements.
  • Provide
    regular status reports to the Project Manager.






























 

Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Three years of experience in the Oracle workflow and
    Approval Management (AME) tool
  • 2 years experience with the Oracle Procurement and
    Purchasing modules
  • Experience Microsoft Office required
  • Experience developing software using the Oracle database and
    associated tools (i.e. Sql, PL/SQL,report writer, forms)
