Requirements:  a minimum of five years’ development experience with complex, multitiered, high-availability, PHP-based Internet applications; Perl scripting and PHP expertise; solid open source software and relational database experience; strong SQL database development and architecture experience using Oracle and MySQL platforms; structure development experience using standard open source development, build and testing tools (SVN, Maven, Bamboo, Junit/PHPunit, Eclipse IDE); and advanced HTML skills (standards-compliant, cross-browser XHTML, and CSS), and JavaScript experience (via jQuery).  Experience with a range of programming languages preferred.  Knowledge of Java a plus.  Must possess strong project management, software implementation, problem solving, and communication skills.  Agile and iterative development experience a plus.  Should have application architecture experience including object-oriented design.  Initiative, client orientation, and teamwork competencies expected; as is ability to communicate technical issues with nontechnical people.
