THE OPPORTUNITY

We are currently seeking a Programmer Analyst to join our Corporate IT team.  Qualified candidates will possess experience in coding and preferably within the financial services industry.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and code programming solutions in accordance with requirements in functional specifications.
• Work with project managers and business analysts to design solutions and finalize specifications.
• Document developed code.
• Assist business analysts in quality assurance testing.
• Author and execute implementation plans to move tested code into production environments.

Requirements:

• Strong experience and understanding in the following technologies: JAVA, .NET, JavaScript, AJAX, HTML, MSAccess, VB/VBA, SQL/Stored Procedures, Sybase, C, UNIX Scripting.
• Experience in financial services industry preferred.
• Excellent communication skills. Applicant will provide examples of written communications from prior engagements.
• B.A., B.S. or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related field.
