Large, growing credit union seeking a Programmer/Analyst to support, design and develop applications used by staff and/or customers.  Candidate must be able to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Responsibilities Include:

• Plan, develop, test, maintain, and document user applications and reports within the proprietary software utilized by the credit union
  
• Evaluate user requests for new or modified programs
  
• Troubleshoot complex issues
  
• Work with project teams to define project requirements and deadlines using SDLC techniques
  
• Document processes and applications thoroughly using process flow diagrams and other documentation tools
  
• Read technical manuals and periodicals to enhance knowledge and skills
  
• Research and implement new ideas that provide value to the credit union
  
• Maintain a strong understanding of credit union trends and federal regulations

Job Requirements Include:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or other related field OR equivalent work experience 
  
• Demonstrated programming experience in a business setting
  
• Strong knowledge in C#, HTML, SQL and JavaScript
  
• Knowledge of SQL Server 2005 and Visual Studio 2.0/3.0
  
• Demonstrate strong verbal/written communication skills as well as strong time management skills
  
• Experience with Symitar financial processing system a plus but not required
  
• SATISFACTORY CREDIT RECORD REQUIRED
