Provide technical and analytical support to the client. The qualified candidate will be responsible for the design, programming, testing, and quality assurance of projects that support Customer initiatives and needs, statistical modeling, including model validation, performance tracking, and datamart creation. Additional responsibilities include project management, requirements gathering, and documentation.
The qualified candidate is a proven leader with excellent communication skill, along with a highly driven and results oriented attitude. This hands-on individual must work well under pressure and easily adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
· Gathering, defining, and researching project requirements through interaction with a variety of customers and business partners
· Developing detailed technical design documents for each module assigned
· Tracking and documentation of all projects from inception through post implementation analysis while maintaining a timely delivery with a goal of zero defects
· Facilitation and management of multiple, concurrent large-scale projects
· Creation of weekly status reports that effectively communicate current goals and recent accomplishments.

SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Development skills in Relational Databases (e.g. SQL, Teradata, DB2, Oracle), Ab Initio, DataStage, Relational Kornshell Scripting, as well as strong knowledge of Unix, PC batch and interactive processing
• Experience in BI Tools (e.g. Cognos, Microstrategy, Business Objects, etc.) preferred
• Experience in TWM, Data Modeling, Build / release management
• CRM / Campaign management programming experience using tools such as Unica / Siebel
• Project management, problem solving, decision-making, and leadership skills with extensive experience in researching and managing projects throughout the entire project lifecycle
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as the ability to multi-task
• Excellent Presentation skills
• Excellent Facilitator skills
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
• A Bachelors Degree (preferably in Computer Science) with 5 or more years of experience in managing large-scale projects.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
• Experience in the customer analytics preferred. Advanced degree preferred.
