The ideal candidate will be an organized, self-motivated individual, with 0-2 years experience in data management.  They need to have strong analytical, problem solving, and decision making skills as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  Proficiency in C, PLSQL, and Oracle are required.  Knowledge of XML, C#, and Perl are a plus.  B.S. Degree is required.
