Programmer Writer

Volt is seeking a Programmer Writer who has a demonstrably inquisitive technical mind to work with the Redmond, WA software manufacturing giant. The Writer will be responsible for documenting SDK reference and conceptual content, providing code samples written in C#, and ensuring the technical accuracy and completeness of the SDK.

This is an estimated 3+ month contract position through Volt Technical & Creative Communication - a division of a Fortune 1000 publicly traded Staffing Industry Leader, which is headquartered in Bothell, Washington. We are among the largest IT staffing companies in the US for contract/temporary and direct hire placements and support most of the top rated IT companies in the Pacific Northwest.



Requirements:

Required Skills for this Programmer Writer position includes the following:

  • Detail oriented and have a proven track record of working independently and in collaborative environments while delivering quality products under tight deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to follow existing procedures precisely and completely.
  • Familiarity with managed code, as well as, MS System Center and Windows Server, XML and the DxStudio authoring environment a plus.
