Education


High School Diploma with two (2) years college related courses preferred or equivalent experience.


 


Experience


Minimum four (4) years administrative office experience.  Minimum four (4) years experience in supporting multiple projects/personnel at the executive level, with a verifiable work history.


 


Job Specific Qualifications   




  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint Microsoft Project and Deltek Vision software


  • Excellent letter composition, editing, and grammar skills a must.


  • Proficient in managing multiple calendars and meeting management.

  • Detail-oriented, multi-tasking, energetic, adept at succeeding in fast-paced environment.
  • Professional attitude and appearance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both written and verbal).
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to establish priorities, objectives and deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Marketing experience a plus.
  • Architectural/Interiors experience a plus.

  • Demonstrates a high degree of knowledge of specific discipline to effectively meet department objectives and identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.  
  • Audit, submit, and approve timecards for regional office staff.
  • Conduct new-hire training on HMC software/procedures.
  •  Administration and reconciliation of Managing Principal personal calendars, task lists, and coordinating/planning meetings.
