As a member of the Syncada Tier 2 Support, you will be responsible for providing application support for a Web-based B2B system that deals with billions of dollars of payments, across thousands of companies and tens of thousands of users. You will be accountable for continuous process improvement to the control environment, leveraging automation and documenting troubleshooting and problem resolution steps. Incumbent will also work closely with Product Development personnel to develop technical knowledge as the system is upgraded and new functionality is released. Responsibilities include trouble shooting a Web-based B2B payment system using cutting edge technologies in a 3-tiered architecture. Incumbent will have opportunities to learn DOTNET, C#, COM+, ASP, ASP.NET, EDI, MS SQL Server, Mercator, and WebFocus.

Required:
    BS in Computer Science or related discipline required.
    3+ years of industry experience in one or more of following areas required:
o    Web application development using one or more of: Asp.Net/ASP, XML/XSLT, DHTML.
o    Middle-tire development using C++ or C#.
o    Database development using MS SQL Server or Oracle.
o    Mapping development using Mercator/WTX or other technologies.
    Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills with demonstrated ability to analyze technical information and work with a team spirit.
    Knowledge in multiple technologies/tools/languages such as C#/C++, ASP/ASP.Net, JavaScript, XML, MS SQL or Oracle, object-oriented technologies required.
    Self-motivated with strong verbal and written skills.
    Willing to learn the new skills required by the assigned tasks.
