(ITSI) is a national Engineering, Construction & Consulting firm based in Walnut Creek, California, (www.itsi.com) focusing on providing design-build infrastructure and environmental solutions for our clients. ITSI's clients include all branches of the Department of Defense in addition to municipal and commercial clients.
We are seeking a Project Construction Manager for our federal construction office located in Baltimore, MD. We are looking for an individual who thrives in a fast paced, busy environment and likes a challenge.
Responsibilities will include:
- Directing and coordinating activities relating to multiple construction projects
- Supervising and supporting site management staff in day-to-day project management
- Supervising and controlling the procurement and contract management of sub-contractors
- Responsible for proposal and estimate preparation
- Monitoring and controlling project budgets, direct costs and schedules
- Primary client contact on projects
- Preparing project progress and financial reports
Qualifications and Education:
- 10+ years experience working in construction
- 7+ years experience working on government DoD projects
- Strong communication skills required
- Advanced Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Project skills
- BS degree in any Engineering or Construction discipline a plus
