Continued growth has created a new role for a broadly experienced Project Controls Analyst professional to take a key role in capital expansion projects. Responsibilities

Analyze costs for all small maintenance capital and expense projects in the local office in compliance with company policies and regulations:

• Gather information from project team members
• Prepare timely and accurate cost reports for review with project team and upper management
• Assist management of funding requests
• Establish project budgets, provide forecast updates and ID cost risks to allow for mitigation planning
• Collect cash flow information
• Provide contingency analysis
• Compile change management logs and staffing plans
• Analyze labor hours against budget

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in related field
• 3+ years experience in cost analysis, preferably in the pipeline industry
• Software: Primavera P6, Oracle, MS Access or database software
