Project Coordinator – Management Services

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• 
  
  Supporting Project Managers and Auditors in the administrative aspects of the operations process for TÜV auditing services, including the management of engagements, coordination and designation of projects, and the assignment of Tasks to appropriate and designated resources through the use of software tools
  
  
• 
  
  Complete all draft invoicing to customers for completed TÜV services
  
  
• 
  
  Coordinate all file submissions (i.e. preparation, review and submittal) for TÜV services and liaise effectively with respective Certification Body.
  
  
• 
  
  Coordinate directly with the customer to quote, and schedule audit activity.
  
  
• 
  
  Support Customers in the administrative aspects of processing and producing management system certificates associated with all of TÜV auditing services, including scanning certificates into shared drive and entering certificate information
  
  
• 
  
  Provide status to clients regarding certificates and reports.
  
  
• 
  
  Maintain company and contact information of all existing customers in Client Management System
  
  
• 
  
  Communicate in a courteous and effective manner with internal and external customers in all circumstances including obtaining or providing information, answering questions, and relaying messages.
  
  
• 
  
  Maintain confidentiality of customers, certifications and appropriate internal information.

Requirements include, but are not limited to:

• High School Degree required.
  
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and electronic mail.
  
• Experience in service environment is helpful, as is exposure to project management.
  
• The ability to manage time effectively and to plan, organize and prioritize tasks is critical.
  
• The ideal candidate will be customer-driven.
  
• Strong written and oral communications skills are extremely important and the ability to work effectively as a team player is critical.
