Description: · This position will assist program managers/project sponsors with the projects and programs that they manage. · Coordinate performers, resources and calendar of expectations to ensure successful completion of projects. · Track/ monitor milestones and deliverables based on established project plans. · Prepare updated project schedules, project plans, issues, and other required documents. · Ensure the established/approved processes for the Workstream are being utilized. · Identify risks to on-time, on-budget performance within scope of responsibilities. · Manage communications within the program to internal stakeholders and project team members. · Ability to collect and assemble information into MS PowerPoint within the agreed upon formats / expectations. Required Qualifications · 1- 2 years of project coordinator experience · Schedule Management and coordination · MS PowerPoint Preferred Qualifications · Ability to create and manage within MS Project Schedule
