We are actively seeking a Project  Coordinator to join our team.

Job Description:


 


The Project Coordinator will provide data entry and administrative support to the Operations Team. 


General job responsibilities include:




  • Administrative duties such as data entry, work orders, purchase orders, open /close job files, project coordination, answer phones in a call center environment, faxes/mail, job scheduling and various other duties.


  • Issue client proposals and purchase orders; and follow through to completion.


  • Bill according to client requirements.


  • Review payment requests by segment.


  • Submit approval for purchase, billing etc, according to client and company budget guidelines.


  • Oversee policy and process compliance in a manner which is comprehensive, responsive, efficient, legal, and innovative while maintaining the core values and fiscal integrity of the company.   


       


       


       


      Skills/Qualifications


       


      Minimum of 2+ years experience in a Project Coordinator, Data Entry and/or Administrative position.




      • Proficient and accurate in MS Office, including Excel.


      • Exceptional organization and time management skills.


      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and all levels of personnel.


      • Solid ability to balance priorities and meet critical deadlines.


      • Bilingual considered an asset.


      • Organized, detail-oriented, self motivated. punctual and dynamic/personable when working in a team environment.
