We are currently seeking an energetic, detail-oriented, professional Project Coordinator to join our team. Candidates must possess excellent communication, organizational, time-management and computer skills with the ability to work effectively with clients as well as co-workers and vendors.
Members of the SPS Admin Team are expected to take ownership of broad-based roles and perform any related tasks effectively and efficiently. The following list is to be treated as a set of guidelines only:
Qualifications and Experience: Applicants will possess 1-3 years of related experience within the construction industry; familiarity with construction documentation such as AIA billings, Lien Waivers and Affidavits is a plus. Typical qualifications will include:
· Ability to follow through on assignments, requests and inquiries, and be an independent thinker
· Effective written and verbal communication
· Exceptional customer service, time management and organization skills
· Ability to multi-task effectively and efficiently
· Accuracy and attention to detail, flexibility and a team-player attitude a must
· Ability to work independently and perform assigned duties with speed and accuracy
· Computer proficient with knowledge of Microsoft Office products (ie. Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.); Previous Timberline experience preferred
