Project Coordinator - TCA Lead - Albuquerque, NM
 
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Promote and model the core values of the Collaborative and OptumHealth re: recovery, resiliency, consumer and family involvement and local systems of care.

  • Act as primary point of contact for OHNM for all TCA related issues and directs TCA activities.

  • Provides contracting and programmatic oversight of TCA �Coordinates dissemination of information regarding TCA policy and planning activities.

  • In partnership with the BHSD TCA LEAD, serves as central point of contact between the Local Collaboratives and the New Mexico Behavioral Health Collaborative (BHC) regarding TCA Program development and planning.

  • Work with OHNM Regional Directors and TCA Coordinators to assist TCA Providers in preparing contract deliverables.

  • Monitor monthly TCA invoicing process and expenses.

  • Attends statewide TCA meetings.

  • Works with Clinical Network Services to facilitate credentialing of TCA providers.

  • Collaborates with TCA Statewide Quality and Technical Assistance Work Group in Performance Improvement Activities.

  • Prepares required and ad-hoc TCA reports

  • Other projects assigned by Manager.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Work or related field

  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

  • 2 years - Data analysis experience

  • 2 years - Providing administrative support within a clinical setting

  • Background in clinical or behavioral health is a plus
