A Construction Management degreed individual to support construction related efforts including but not limited to the following:
 
1)    Managing cost Loaded Schedules
2)    Coordinating submittal reviews and approvals
3)    Making job site Quality Control inspections
4)    Managing the collection and submittal of LEED required construction documentation
5)    Developing construction and energy project submittals, work plans and close-out documents.
