Job/Client Description

We have been retained by this growing manufacturer of industrial products to fill this key engineering role. As a division of a world-wide industrial firm, my stable client has been able to use 2008/2009 to purchase and integrate new companies and products. This position will provide engineering support for their fastest growing group of products. You will report to the Plant Manager and will work with both clients and internal Product Development on new product design and enhancements and then integrate that design into manufacturing. This position will have a high level of visibility and a strong career track that can lead to multiple areas within the firm.

Candidate Specifications

We are seeking a BS Mechanical Engineer 5+ years of engineering experience that is focused on product development and product enhancements. However, this job will not tie you to a CAD terminal. You should be as comfortable working with an MS ME as your are with a machinist on the shop-floor.Your communications skills and personality should allow you to work in a matrixed, highly decentralized culture and you should be capable of being promoted beyond this job.
