A major International
Bank, located in New York City,
is seeking a Vice President / Relationship
Manager to join their Project Finance Group. 
This individual will work in conjunction with the Deal Originator to
lead deals towards closing.  The ideal
candidate must have at least 5 years of experience marketing and executing Project
Finance Deals and strong analytical / financial modeling skills.  The group handles Power, Oil & Gas,
Infrastructure and Metals / Mining deals in the Latin American Markets.

The bank is offering
a starting salary of $120K plus bonus. 

Major Responsibilities:

·       
Market and Execute new Project Finance / Infrastructure
/ Energy deals – work closely with the deal originator

·       
Build and maintain strong relationships –
conduct marketing efforts for project finance deals.  

·       
Perform market research and recognize new
business opportunities in project finance

·       
Evaluate creditworthiness of borrowers, working
with the portfolio team

·       
Conduct in depth credit analysis when needed

·       
Participate in the due diligence process

Job Requirements:

·       
5 + years’ experience in Project Finance
Originations and Execution at a financial institution

·       
Experience marketing project finance / power /
infrastructure or natural resource deals

·       
Strong Relationship
Management skills – the ability to communicate with corporate clients

·       
Excellent credit analysis skills – formal bank
credit training a plus

·       
Strong computer skills MS Office and related
analytical software

·       
Excellent written and oral communication skills
– a team player

·       
Bilingual English / Spanish is required –
Portuguese is a plus

·       
Bachelor’s Degree required – Master’s Degree a
plus
