We are currently recruiting for the following position to be located at our corporate headquarters in Belcamp, Maryland.

Project Lead Software Engineer

Summary:

The principle duties of this position will be the development of VPN products for use in Government High Assurance applications.  This includes embedded software products for ASICs used in the Enterprise Security product line.  This position will be involved in the software security design for both ASIC and VPN products.  This candidate should have a good knowledge of cryptographic algorithms and security related design.  The candidate should have experience in software / firmware design.

Qualification Requirements:

Education:   

• Secret or above Clearance REQUIRED
• BS required in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering
• Embedded software experience is desired.
• DOD Type 1 experience desired

Experience:  

5-7+ years research and/or development experience

Skills:

• U.S. Citizenship REQUIRED
• Assembly, C, C++ programming experience
• Familiar with software engineering practices of requirements analysis, design, test and verification
• Experience with Software Design Process and development tools (MKS, Rational Suite)

Essential Duties & Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: 

• The principle duties of this position will be to participate in the development and oversight of Government Type 1 embedded software for several SafeNet chips.  In addition, duties may include the development of VPN client / gateway software for SafeNet chips.

• Remains abreast of current technological progress to ensure company's products remain marketable and competitive and other duties as assigned
