Project Leader - Operations in FAST PACED ENTREPRENUAL ENVIRONMENT

General Responsibilities:

Ø       Manage assigned customer orders through the entire order fulfillment process. 

Ø       Interface with customers and vendors to drive production orders to on-time completion

Ø       Negotiate pricing and competitive bids with our vendor partners in Asia

Ø       Coordinate all logistics on customer shipments as needed

Ø       Maintain back-office systems and assist in weekly metrics reporting

Ø       Help to initiate and implement process improvements

Requirements:

Ø       Highly organized and detail oriented

Ø       Ability to work directly with vendors.  Sourcing experience a plus

Ø       Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple parallel projects

Ø       Ability to make decisions to achieve desired results.  A take charge attitude

Ø       Experience in identifying and implementing process improvements, specifically in the order fulfillment process

Ø       Strong understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.  Experience using Microsoft Access a plus

Ø       Customer service experience in a business to business environment a plus but not required

Ø       Strong written and oral communication skills

Ø       Bachelors Degree Preferred, but not required
