Experience Level:
Bachelor's degree and 12-15+ years experience plus 5-7 years management experience or equivalent.
Description:
Responsible, directly and through subordinates, for overseeing all activities and people associated with projects that are the most highly complex and strategic in nature, with corporate-wide scope and substantial impact to the bottom line. Functions include: setting high level strategy on business, product, and customer service needs; analyzing profitability, policy, programs and staffing to ensure optimal business results; initiating and directing highly complex projects, including those managed by others; overseeing project staff in their deification of requirements, development of project plans and strategies, and preparation of business cases; overseeing the planning and estimating of tasks and timelines; regularly influencing and negotiating with executive management; conducting meetings and managing task forces; overseeing project control; employing creative problem solving to generate solutions and directions; managing project financials; developing and/or authorizing policies/procedures/controls within scope of project to optimize results while ensuring compliance with government regulations and Bank policies.
VERY Senior Program Manager needed ASAP
Location is Open - preference is San Francisco or Phoenix AZ
Will manages the CEO Data Center Expansion Program under Wholesale Technology, Global Treasury Solutions.
Will management PMs in following areas: architecture, infrastructure delivery, testing, application remediation, and monitoring/sustainability.
Experience with management of VERY large development and infrastructure initiatives required.
Prior Wells Fargo Experience preferred
