Current Need


The Project Management Methodology Lead is a senior role within the CST Project Management Office responsible for defining, deploying and monitoring all Project Management processes which insure successful, repeatable client experiences.

Position Description


Responsibilities:

* Lead the definition, deployment, and monitoring of all Project Management related processes for the Customer Success Team, including all activities for project definition, tracking, and reporting.

* Leverage best practices from across the industry and PM space to drive consistent, high-quality project results.

* Define and implement effective project status and reporting processes.

* Define and implement effective project inspection and review mechanisms to insure adherence to defined methodologies

* Leverage technology and tools where appropriate to automate and simplify Project Management tasks to maximize customer-facing time for our teams.

* Work with PMO Training organization to insure effective training mechanisms are in place for PM personnel and processes.

* Define mechanisms that capture and deploy best practices through the team to create a learning organization

* Work with Project Associate team to identify activities appropriate for entry-level talent and integrate their role into our methodology.

Additional Knowledge & Skills


Healthcare IT experience desired

Minimum Requirements


* 5+ years of Project Management experience, PMP certification

* 1+ yrs people leadership experience or demonstrated ability to lead/influence peers.

* Passion for practical project management process.

* Experience leading complex, multi-faceted projects/programs.

* Ability to clearly define methodologies and supporting metrics to insure adherence to methodology in a way that improves performance and results of the organization.

* Demonstrated ability to work effectively and autonomously in a boundary less fashion across an organization, effectively creating a consensus solution from differing perspectives through a collaborative style.

* Demonstrated effective change management skills.

* Effective communication skills

* Strong personal energy and ability to energize others

* Experience creating and leading a Process Office or PMO

* Demonstrated ability to leverage technology effectively for the benefit of the users

Education


B.S. required in technical, healthcare or business discipline
