We are seeking a dynamic and motivated professional to lead a team of Project Managers and provide the team with coaching and guidance in managing clinical studies.  You will also delight our clients and act as their main contact person in all matters regarding ICON Central Laboratories’ services including the day-to-day management of clinical studies.  In addition, you will be responsible for the configuration of the study in our database as well as responding to clinical study specific inquiries from physicians, CRA and CRO representatives and the ICON Site Services department.  

The ideal candidate will have a BA/BS in a scientific field along with excellent written and verbal communication skills, organizational skills, knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook, and the ability to multi-task and be successful in a fast-paced environment.  Strong presentation skills are necessary to be successful in this role.  Experience managing projects, leading a team and supervising others is highly desirable.  

Travel is required.
