plumRHINO Consulting has a contract opportunity for a Project Manager – Change Management & Risk Management  located in Chicago, IL. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree with 10 years experience in change management.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a change agent to influence the business partners and corporate areas to support and implement appropriate methodologies in process improvement initiatives
  
• Manage cross functional project managers and teams and direct their work to ensure delivery of set objectives
  
• Responsible for all aspects of project management and controls, including forecasting, scheduling, compliance, budget management, status reporting all in accordance to tight compliance standards
  
• Develop, communicate, delegate and actively participate in the implementation of actions required to achieve change objectives and collaborate with business partners to ensure the project implementation reflects their business needs
  
• Provide  tools to build to capture data requested, review data and report findings and solutions to highest levels of management

Requirements:

• Solutions driven project manager with  and a proven track record for success in multiple complex projects while adhering to stringent timeline
  
• Possess a minimum of 5 years experience managing project and implementation initiatives
  
• A minimum of 5 years experience in Change Management & Risk Management
  
• Expert knowledge and experience in change management
  
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills a must
  
• Ability to effectively develop creative solutions using innovation and initiative to assist in delivery and issue resolution
