Omni Resources, Inc., an Employee-Owned Company, is accepting resumes for a Business Analyst / Consultant 3 position with 8 or more years of experience.  Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

ü  Establish the provisioning requirements for Policy Based Provisioning, Request Based Provisioning and Auditing needed to support deployment of HRS provisioning services for HRS system testing in July 2010.

ü  Ensure HRS Security project schedule aligns with IAM Provisioning schedule and accounts for all dependencies and risks between the two project schedules.

ü  Generate a repeatable business requirements methodology for this project and future provisioning initiatives.

ü  Identify the design and development work required to complete the HRS IAM Provisioning project.

Requirements: Oracle IAM, Oracle Provisioning knowledge, HRS Security Policy, Single Sign-on experience, Web Access Control, Identify Administration, Directory Services with IAM.
