Works with project managers to develop, maintain and manage resource-loaded schedules and monitor costs for multiple assignments and projects. Assists the project managers in keeping those schedules current. Coordinates with program management the integration of multiple project schedules into an overall Master Program Schedule. Maintain the overall Master Program Schedule. Provide recommendations to project management on establishing project structures to include Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), resource allocation, resource leveling, task relationships and/or project inter-dependencies. Will also and must be able to analyze project schedules and make recommendations to project staff to resolve budgeting and scheduling issues. Produce standard and ad hoc reports as required. Prepare and participate in project status reviews.
Four (4) years of demonstrated experience managing the schedule and costs for engineering projects. Total experience must include project management, project estimating, budgeting, and scheduling. Must possess working knowledge of project management techniques. Demonstratable proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and specifically Microsoft Project is required, advanced knowledge of Microsoft Project is preferred. Must have or be able to obtain SECRET clearance prior to employment and be able to obtain Top Secret/SCI clearance within reasonable time period.
