The Readiness & Sustainment business focuses on customers' growing need for through-life platform support.

• Provide direct Program Management support to the 498th Missile Sustainment Group (MSUG), specifically the Advanced Cruise Missile program.
• Providing logistical assistance to the 705th Missile Sustainment Squadron (MSUS) Director, Flight Director, Program Manager and ACM management and technical team for modification programs and missile sustainment.
• Advises program manager of significant actions or problems and seeks resolution.
• Assist with management and tracking of Government Furnished Property & tracking of contractor requisitions for ACM, ALCM, CALCM & BWIE to include but not limited to building databases, preparing MIPRs/PCRs, tracking loaned property, researching backordered equipment, preparation of disposition letters.
• Analyzes inter-related issues of effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity; develops recommendations to solve problems; and applies program management principles.
• Assist in conducting research and providing inputs to program financial management including budget formulation and management for all phases of the Planning, Programming, Budgeting and Execution (PPBE) process, budget and financial analysis, analyzing data for program directives/agreements, monitoring discrepancies in planning/breakout/schedules, obligation and expenditure forecasting, monitoring and resolving un-liquidated obligations, funds management, funds status, and funds control techniques, and access Government financial/budget systems.
• Provides assistance and advice in the planning, organizing, and coordinating activities of various functional specialists.
• Continually studies, reviews, and evaluates team progress.
• Assists teams in establishing management controls such as milestones, expenditure rates, management indicators, and management reviews to reflect program status and provide early detection of emerging problems.
• Gathers and analyzes a variety of program information, makes sounds judgments concerning program progress, and effectively communicates recommendations to higher organizational management.

• Individual must have a Bachelors degree and 4 years experience or minimum of seven (7) years program management experience (Government or industry).
• The individual needs to be very familiar with 3020 Funds PROCUREMENT (3 YR), 3400 O&M Funds and the many EEICs, and 3600 Funds RDT&E (2 YR) and their requirements.
