The Powertrain Oil Seals Project Manager is responsible for managing multiple, complex projects comprising multi-faceted business programs. This position is responsible for providing overall leadership and guidance to the APQP process, including program planning, budgetary considerations, on-time deliverables, and assessment and reporting of project status to ensure creative and technical success. The Project Manager is expected to provide leadership, direction and development for APQP Project Teams and to actively contribute to continuous improvement of the product development process. The Project Manager is expected to play a key role in existing and potential client relationships, ensure flawless launch goals are met, and be proactive in optimizing business results. Project Manager is responsible for ensuring all aspects of internal and external program communications are defined and published, establishing and tracking program performance metrics, program planning, managing program timelines, and a mastery of project management processes and best practices.

· Works schedule includes standing, sitting and walking, primarily.
· Speaking and hearing sufficient for understanding, required.
· Visual requirements include: close, distance, color, peripheral, and ability to adjust focus.
· Must have sufficient manual dexterity to use hands and fingers in use of key board entry.
· Major portion of work schedule is spent sitting.
· Lifting up to 50 lbs., occasionally.
· Must be authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer on a full-time basis.
