Project Manager / Business Analyst * Contract Lifecycle Management


Be able to deliver, within constraints of scope, quality, time and cost, complete IT project solutions utilizing Project Management methodologies/best practice and System Development Life Cycle processes.  It will be expected that this individual will manage project budgets, timelines, deliverables, risk management, internal resources, as well as perform analysis functions. 


Must possess the ability to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision, have exceptional attention to detail and perform consistent work product validation/QA.  Recognize opportunities and make recommendations to improve business processes and help business partners accomplish work more effectively and efficiently and/or increased quality and reliability.


Responsibilities
* Manage project planning, scope, issues and risks; specifically project plan, status reporting, deliverable oversight, client interactions, budget, adherence to process
* Lead project team by working closely with analysts, architects and developers
* Clearly communicates to both IT and business unit staff the impact of the project.
* Develops business cases including ROI/TCO estimation
* Articulates complex ideas, issues and designs to varied audiences; communicates project objectives, scope and direction to project team; educates IT staff on business vision and plan.
* Enforce change management processes; track and communicate cost implications of changes to the business units, obtain approval to incur the costs.
* Enforce validation of systems against business/functional requirements. 



Required Qualifications:
* Bachelors level degree in business or technical discipline and 5 years or greater professional experience
* Experience planning and implementing large projects/systems at  Pharmaceutical or other large clients in a consulting environment
* Experience in a Contract Lifecycle Management environment, either buy side or sell side domains.
* Experience with one or more of the following commercial CLM packages: Emptoris/diCarta, Nextance, Selectica/Determine, I-Many CM or Ariba/Procuri.
* Full project life cycle management utilizing Project Management Institute - PMBOK Methodology and concepts
* Self-directed, independent thinker that can creatively, tactfully and effectively drive a project to completion within assigned parameters
* Knowledgeable in PMLC/SDLC processes, roles, responsibilities and deliverables
* Strong understanding of e-Business concepts and Web based system technologies
* Experience with external facing applications planning and design
* Negotiation, facilitation and consensus building skills
* Strong oral and written communication skills



Preferred:
* College or Graduate level degree in business or technical discipline and 5 years or greater professional experience
* PMP certification
