The Project Manager / Business Analyst will act as the interface between the Business Units, IT department and Development Team. He / She will be responsible for coordinating all relevant activities to ensure a smooth project workflow as well as actively manage the project, analyze business requirements and create specifications.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain project plans.
- Tracking progress and providing regular updates.
- Liaison with IT and users to plan, test, and implement technology updates.
- Liaison with Operations and IT colleagues across multiple offices to gather requirements and assist in strategic project scoping and planning.
- Liaison with IT colleagues to ensure business requirements are understood by the IT Development Teams.
Requirements:
- College degree in IT or Business Administration
- Deep understanding of Business and IT procedures
- Project Manager / Business Analyst with 5+ years of experience leading complex strategic projects
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Effective time management skills
