The primary duties of the Business/Finance Analyst include:
 
  • Preparing executive level presentations regarding business segment (this includes working directly with senior level executives, organizing content and preparing Powerpoint presentations with general guidance. 

  • Project management including scope definition, methodology and completion  (mot projects will are numeric/finance/data related)

  • Coordination and leadership of quarterly and monthly leadership meetings and conferences

  • Works directly with senior management on the strategic plan

  • Regulatory issues and responding accordingly

  • Communication with cross-departmental and cross-functional colleagues

  • Working with executive leadership team in ad hoc requests and functions

  •  Bachelor degree in finance/statistics/economics or related field required; MS degree in this areas preferred

  • 5+ years of project management experience to include finance/data oriented projects

  • 2+ years of experience in preparation of Powerpoint presentations and developing content and presenting in a clear, concise manner 

  • Intermediate to advanced skills with Word Powerpoint and EXCEL (advanced skills preferred)

  • Strong analytic and planning skills

  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and self directed

  • Demonstrated experience in working directly with executive leadership
