Project Manager / EI1332
Position Description:
Project Manager of Architectural Engineering Services opportunity located in Randolph, Massachusetts.

We are currently seeking the following in our Randolph, Massachusetts office.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Delivers the project as sold.
- Develops and maintains relationship with client personnel and manages stakeholder expectations.
- Leads project team through the project management life-cycle.
- Plans, organizes, coordinates and controls project work in accordance with corporate policies, procedures, guidelines and requirements.Supervisors daily activities of technical and administrative project personnel and ensures deliverables are produced on schedule and within budget.
- Ensures safe operations, quality work and financial success.Prepares and presents project performance information to management.
- Works with functional managers to ensure adequate staffing.
- Works with operations managers or Program Manager to continuously improve performance.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience delivering large architectural engineering projects.
-Project types including design-build, design-bid-build, construction and construction services
- Ability to manage multi-discipline projects involving civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and I&C elements
- Experience with government contracting.
- 10 years relevant experience.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Registered Professional Engineer "PE"
- Project Management Professional "PMP"
