We are seeking Construction Project Manager candidtaes to serve on a Major California Hospital Project.  The Project Manager should preferably have a B.S. degree in Architecture or related Engineering field. Candidates must have strong analyical and communication skills and demonstrated experience in the following:

• Experience with Office of Statewide Health Planning and Development (OSHPD) projects;


• Working on projects with multiple phases and construction contracts;


• Experience managing the planning, design and construction of health care projects;


• Experience in Design-Build Contracts is preferred;


• Ability to develop project schedules and budgets;


• Ability to control project scopes;
