The qualifications and experience you need to succeed is a demonstrated history of diverse, successful structured cabling and low voltage project management including estimating labor, materials, tools etc., scheduling and design work ranging from smaller projects to $3M or more. You must have 5-7 years of successful project management experience that includes driving growth through business development. Tell us about your ability to develop a project budget, value engineer a project and keep a project on time at budget.  Your projects should include Commercial, Institutional, Industrial, Retail, Healthcare, Data Center, Healthcare, Hospitals, Retail, Hospitality, High Rise Mixed Development, Condominiums and others. Design / Build experience and developing turn key solutions will be extremely helpful to ensure your success.

Indicate your specific certifications (RCDD, PMP), knowledge of specifying, design, installation, and estimating experience in these specific areas or additional areas of expertise in your response. Candidates that are certified Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD) encouraged to apply. Intermediate to advanced knowledge and skill level of AutoCad or Visio helpful.   Knowledge of McCormick estimating system or related software needed. Heavy emphasis on estimating projects. This position is primarily an in office position. If you are a pure low voltage Estimator that is interested please send you information.
