Required skills
- Collaborate with vendor production team to provide high quality technical documentation deliverables to client.
- Interface with client.
- Coordinate technical documentation assignments to production team.
- Support production team with the assembly and provision of source data.
- Create technical documentation updates and perform quality checks on production team’s work prior to submittal to client.
- Follow standards and use tools to ensure consistent terminology and styles in deliverables.
Background desired - 3+ years of technical writing experience in aerospace field
- Ability to read and interpret aircraft engineering technical data, diagrams and drawings
- Experience with content management systems and authoring tools.
- Strong research skills
- Experience in XML and HTML very helpful
- Engineering degree
