REQUIREMENTS: - BS in Civil or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent experience) with at least 6+ years experience within project management involving heavy highway, bridge, water and wastewater
- At least 6+ years experience working with NYC agencies and unions
- Experience with change orders and submittals for similar types of projects
