Full Job Description:

•     Create and manage the 5010 Integrated Test Plan.  Monitor progress of key project milestones via status spreadsheets, MS project schedules, and other tracking mechanisms

•     Create and manage the 5010 MAC Alternate Front End Implementation Plan.  Monitor progress of key project milestones via status spreadsheets, MS project schedules, and other tracking mechanisms

•     Plan and prepare for project reviews by the Technical Review Board and other SDLC “gate” reviews

•     Budget support with tracking, reconciliation, maintenance

•     Share documentation preparation and other routine tasks with other Paragon project team members

•     Organize workgroup meetings and maintain agendas, roll calls, minutes, and action items lists

•     Create PowerPoint presentations as needed for various 5010 project communications

Required Qualifications

•     Minimum four year degree in a related field

•     Minimum 5 years of IT Project Management experience, experience with Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services is a plus

•     Project Manager who is a self-starting, pro-active individual

•     Strong organizational skills

•     Advanced proficiency with MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint

•     Advanced proficiency with MS Project, MS Visio

•     Exceptional customer relationship management  skills

•     Expertise with testing concepts, including ability to provide direction to and overall matrix management of complex, multi-month testing involving multiple organizations

•     Experience with the ILC/SDLC life cycle, including creation of SDLC artifacts such as Test Plans and Implementation Plans

•     Leadership and negotiation skills

•     US Citizenship or Green Card required

•     Must be able to successfully pass a Public Trust Background Investigation

Desired Qualifications:

•     Knowledge of HIPAA EDI and the healthcare industry

•     Solid knowledge of CMS, with experience working on a CMS project

•     PMP Certification
