We have an immediate need for a Project Manager - IVR
JOB DESCRIPTION
This person will act in a project manager role for assigned projects in support of Contact Center Technology. Specifically, this Project Manager will manage Technology based projects from initiation to delivery within the Contact Center Technology space. This includes IVR, CTI, Telephony and UI Desktop. PM will maintain and balance project budget, project plan, meetings, interdependencies and internal PM software used to bring project in on time and within budget. My client is an F50 Financial Services organization
