Keane currently seeks a Project Manager to join our team in Albany, NY. Qualified candidates must have: • Minimum of eight (8) years of experience in overseeing medium to large scaled projects. • Demonstrated experience in coordinating the efforts of many different teams across multiple organizations toward a single goal. Required skills include leading structured meetings, strong oral and written communications, simultaneously supporting many competing priority sub-projects and effectively coordinating and communicating across several external organizations and stakeholders • Experience managing software deployments through multiple software development environments include Sandbox (initial work area), Integration, Testing, Staging and Production. OPTIONAL: (nice to have/highly preferred skills) • Current PMP Certification. • Familiarity and experience with the principles of the Project Management Body of Knowledge and/or the New York State Project Management Guidebook. • Rational Unified Process expertise. A minimum of managing at least one (1) large scale project where the System’s development life cycle is based on the Rational Unified Process. • Proficient in MS Project This is a full-time salaried position with Keane.
