Project Manager-- Banking Industry

CAI is looking for a Project Manager.

The engagement is for a split team of 8 (Allentown & NYC) to support a NYC bank.  This position will afford the candidate an opportunity to be technically "hands on" (at times) and is best suited for an individual who prefers to "get involved" with technology.  This person will have management responsibility for the team.  The opportunity is based in Allentown, but will require at least 40% time on-site in NYC (after the transition).  During the transition (12 weeks) the whole team-- including the Project Manager-- will be on site in NYC.  Experience in the banking industry and/or experience supporting banking applications is a requirement.

This is a great opportunity for the person who enjoys customer interaction and management of people.  Candidates must have excellent communication skills.

Specific tasks:

  - Assign tasks to the team members

  - Monitor work activity and performance

  - Interact with client management and functional staff as needed

  - Provide support for other assigned applications
