Alliance Telecom Solutions – Project Manager (Billing) – Anchorage, Alaska

PROJECT:

Alliance is currently seeking a Project Manager for a 3+ month billing project in Anchorage, Alaska. This role is to provide overall Project Management for our client’s efforts in a billing project. Immediate start date!  MUST have Telecom Billing background.

SKILLS NEEDED:

¨       5+ years of Telecom Project Management experience on the billing side.

¨        Must understand the flow of CDR, familiarity with CABS and end user billing process for fixed line carrier

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

DUTIES:

• Provide project management for the delivery process for new client implementation in the billing system.
• Develop requirements for the system changes needed to implement the new client.  These changes will need to be developed in an in-house application
• Provide the interface and communication between the user groups and the Development team.
• Assure the design, execution of UAT testing within the user groups and communicate the issues identified in the process
• Work with the user groups on changes being made and complete the communication loop with the IT development group.
• Manage internal communication
• Manage the Alliance interface to this project group with the client (time sheets, schedule for rotation, communication with the IT manager, expense reports)

EXPENSES:

3 week rotation, so Air fare to and from, with one round trip in between unless extended.

Reimbursable expenses:

·         Coach Air Fare

·         Hotel

·         Rental Car

·         Fixed per diem of $89 per day for food and all other incidentals
