Job Description

Project Manager*

Under the direction of a manager, director, or senior executive is primary contact for all activities surrounding medium to large operational or functional projects(s) and initiative(s). Oversees all phases of work to ensure that goals and objectives are accomplished within prescribed timeframe and budget. Responsibilities may include operations analysis, feasibility studies, cost-benefit analysis, development of work or implementation plans, formation of work groups, and management of work group processes. Serves as the internal consultant on business requirements for projects and manages information flow between project members, senior management, and others. Serves as liaison with external organizations and other strategic partners. Education: Bachelors degree in business administration, health care administration, public health or equivalent training. Masters degree preferred.

At least 7-10 years of progressively responsible management experience in planning, development, financial analysis and operations management. Background in health care, business development and supervisory experience is required. Must possess comprehensive knowledge of particular field of specialization. Requires an in depth knowledge of planning and systems and tools, and operations management (including managerial accounting). Must possess excellent analytic, interpersonal and communication skills.
