

Responsibilities: • This position requires history of successful delivery on projects providing project management, performance management for team members, direct collaboration with customers and continuous support of corporate objectives.
• Establishes and enforces procedures to assure that all tasks/deliverables are performed in accordance with applicable standards, quality requirements, costs identified in the contract, and schedules.
• Coordinates development, quality assurance, configuration management, documentation support, software maintenance, and daily supervision of subordinates.
• Prepares reports and delivers briefings on the status of task assignments to contract management personnel and technical points of contact.
• Reviews work of subordinates, resolves discrepancies, prioritizes work, and accommodates changes.Qualifications: Required Skills
• 5 to 10 years of professional experience required
• Proven track record of structured, disciplined approach to project management
• Must have, or be capable of obtaining a Federal Government security clearance.
• Solid customer relationship management experience with government customers and prime contracts and the ability to collaborate and deliver customer-driven results
• Skilled at eliciting requirements and needs from customers and prospects
• Experienced with project and financial controls and reporting
• Excellent time management and organizational skills, including responsiveness to project personnel, customers and corporate management
• Excellent oral communications and written skills, including giving formal presentations to different audiences and contributing to proposals
• Desire to be a team player and leader that contributes to the customer’s success and company’s growth
Desired Skills
• Federal Government grants management experience a plus
• PMP is considered a plus
