Project Manager for Immediate Hire
NeuroFocus, Inc. is an innovative company applying the latest advances in neuroscience to the world of advertising and marketing. NeuroFocus based in Berkeley California, leverages a rapidly growing body of research and insights into how the human brain processes stimuli like ads, messages, and products.
We are seeking a dynamic team member with extremely strong project management skills servicing top level executives and demanding customers. Candidate should be able to manage complex client engagements while at the same time manage project details without losing sight of the overall client objectives. The location will be in Charlotte, N.C..
Responsibilities:
· Direct and manage project development from beginning to end.
· Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
· Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
· Scheduling client research projects with NeuroFocus Lab, analysis of results and reporting of results.
· Resolution of client issues quickly and to the clients satisfaction.
· Tracking, measuring and reporting client satisfaction.
· Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
· Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.
· Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
· Build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the project.
· Reviews deliverables prepared by team before passing to client.
Requirements:
· Bachelor Degree required. (Masters or PhD is a plus)
· Minimum 5 years direct work experience in a project management capacity, including all aspects of process development and execution
· Adept at conducting research into project-related issues and products.
· Strong written and oral communication skills.
· Reacts to project adjustments and alterations promptly and efficiently
· Strong interpersonal skills.
· Must have significant and relevant experience in advertising, promotion, market research, branding, management consulting.
