-Manage various jobs and interact with contractors and subcontractors on a daily basis.
-Draft and implement 2 week look ahead schedules
-Maintain daily logs and other on-site record keeping
-Establish on-site organization and clear authority structure in order to achieve goals of the client
-Takeoff, purchase and order materials for multiple job sites
-Complete projects within budget
-Negotiate and manage contracts with subcontractors
-Manages all assigned projects to completion ensuring on-time delivery, meeting of budgetary demands and maintaining overall project ownership
-Acts as a single point of contact for project status. Maintains communication with project team
-Facilitates project meetings with field as needed
-Addresses problems through risk management and contingency planning and presents solutions and/or options to executive management. Ensures effective implementation of solutions/changes.

-Regular, consistent and punctual attendance
-Other duties as assigned
-Minimum 2 years in Commercial Construction Industry
-Knowledge of OST and QB a plus
-Bachelors degree a plus
